Our Story
Each year my Italian-born father, Vitale, who was still gardening at 101 would harvest his organically- grown fennel seeds from his home in Santa Barbara. I combined them with only the freshest ingredients to create this old world family recipe.
One of my Dad's greatest joys was sharing delicious food with family and friends. So in his honor, "Buon appetito!"
